1)Повторить пройденный учебный материал в неформальной обстановке во время игры.

2)Подвести итог по изучению темы: "Лондон" на данном этапе обучения английскому языку.

3)Повысить интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка.

Состав участников: игроки двух команд (команда играющая и команда "друзей") и ведущий викторины.

Оборудование:

1) 8 карточек с вопросами стоимостью: 7х10 "ЕВРО", 7х 20 "евро", 7х50 "евро", 7х100 "евро"

2 ) 4 пачки "евромонет", которые делают сами дети и используются только для игры (7х10 "евро", 7х20 "евро", 7х50 "евро", 7х100 "евро")

3) ответы для ведущего (подсказки)

4) презентации «About London»

5) награды командам.

Ход игры

1. Начало викторины. Организационный момент.

Игра дает шанс поиграть каждому из 7 участников по очереди. Они сидят на стульях перед сценой, спиной к зрительному залу. Ведущий задает вопросы в порядке увеличения трудности вопроса и его стоимости. У участников есть 1 подсказка - помощь друга.

В случае ошибки ему выдается стоимость предыдущего вопроса (в евромонетах), а затем принимается следующий игрок. Правильные ответы приветствуются аплодисментами. В конце игры объявляются победители;
